2. Eligibility for Refunds

No Refunds After Work Commences

Once a project enters the development or execution phase (e.g., design approval, SEO campaign initiation), all payments are non-refundable. This includes deposits, setup fees, and advance payments.

Partial Refunds (Pre-Commencement)

If a project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative or planning costs (e.g., 20% of the total fee).

Full Refunds (Exceptional Cases)

Full refunds apply only if StellarDigiTech fails to start the project within the agreed timeframe or if services are rendered impossible due to incorrect client-provided information.

3. Non-Refundable Services

SEO, Social Media, & Digital Marketing: Due to the manual, time-bound nature of SEO and marketing campaigns, no refunds are offered once services begin.
Custom Development & Deliverables: Completed projects (e.g., websites, apps) are final. Revisions are offered instead of refunds.

4. Process & Timelines

Refund Requests

Submit via email within 7 days of project cancellation. Include project details and reason for cancellation.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued within 30 business days via the original payment method.
